December 15

8 hours.  That is how long Memphis slept last night!  He was a rock star.  He was so happy all night and when we went to put him into bed he was asleep but woke up when he felt the bed, he fussed a little and then fell asleep.  This makes for a real happy mama!
Hey only one day left til the weekend!  We have lots going on this weekend, but love this time of year, so well worth being busy!
These pictures are from the other night.  Noah was on a step stool so that he could play with Memphis in his crib.  I believe Noah wanted to get into the crib so that he could play with him, to Noah's disappointment we didn't let him climb in!

Brothers playing together!  I hope this is just the beginning of a beautiful friendship between brothers.

December 14

Last night was ROUGH!  Memphis thought that he needed to stay up until 11:30 and seriously about 5 minutes after Memphis goes to sleep Noah comes down and says he is scared!  SERIOUSLY!  So I have Noah sleep in the twin bed in Memphis' room.  But Noah thinks he needs to yell while he is in there to get our attention and he wakes up Memphis...yep this is the cycle we had last night! 
About 1am Memphis woke up again, he took a couple ounces and fell right to sleep and slept the rest of the night until 6:15 this morning.  Needless to say Randy and I are exhausted!  I love these two boys but they really have to figure out their sleeping habits! ha!

Memphis is trying to roll over!  He was rocking back and forth.  He is getting so close!

Tuesday December 13

Yesterday after school, Noah came home and was able to see his room for the first time!  He was so excited to see what it looked like.  He slept the whole night upstairs and didn't get scared at all.  He thought he was king of the house!  He kept letting us know that he had the biggest room :)
For dinner we went over to Peggy and Craig's house.  We tried to take some pictures of them with the boys...HILARIOUS! 
Also, Memphis slept for over 7 hours last night!!!! 

And, Congratulations to my cousin Brittany who was married yesterday.  I love you Brit and Trey.  We wish the both of you many years of happiness!

And this is what we dealt with in trying to take pictures.  Zach was laughing uncontrollably at one point, Noah was always turning around and ready to go and play with his legos and thankfully Memphis just sat there trying to keep the hat out of his eyes!  So much fun!

Monday December 12

Just a quick update!  Memphis slept really well in his crib last night!  It was weird not having him in his bassinet right next to the bed, but it was also nice to have him in his own room!

The Weekend December 10-11

Sunday
Well we were very busy on Sunday!  We started our day by going to the legion to have lunch with Randy's Grandma.  After that we went home and really got to work transforming Noah's room into Memphis' room and moving Noah's room upstairs.  Gosh, lots of moving!
Thankfully, Peggy and Craig came over to help out.  Craig got to help Randy carry up the crib and dresser from the basement.  They then spent the next 2 hours putting together the crib.  But in the end it looks beautiful.  While they were putting together the crib, Peggy helped me out by moving some of Noah's stuff up to his room and trying to get the upstairs looking like his bedroom.  Noah will be in for a big surprise when he sees his room, as he was with his mom this last weekend.

My mom and step dad made this chair for Memphis for his Christmas present!  Absolutely Cool!

Peggy made this for Memphis when he was born!  It now has a place to hang in Memphis' room!

Saturday
Saturday we didn't do much just hung around the house.  Randy and I had a date night and went to a movie, while Grandma and Grandpa Palmer watched Memphis.

Friday December 9

Friday night I got to meet up with some of my Winterset Ladies!  It was so nice to see them.  Penny and Lacey, you two are truly amazing friends.  Can't wait for our next night out.  I just wish I would have taken a few pictures.
I am going to post a picture, but this picture was taken way back and it is missing Lacey! 

Sugarland Concert at the State Fair!  I guarantee we had a wonderful time.  Can't wait for this year's concert!

December 8

Well I have to say I didn't take any pictures last night or this morning.  Even though Memphis was in one of the cutest Christmas Outfits I have seen.  Sorry, you all have to wait until I can grab a quick picture of him in it again.

Since I was not quite with it this morning, you get to look at an oldie but goodie picture!  This picture was taken about a year ago!  Amazing how quickly a year goes.
