Sunday March 30

First, Happy Birthday to Peggy!  We will be celebrating her and Chris' Birthdays on Monday.
We are lucky to have such a wonderful Grandma!
Check out this oldie of a picture...
I believe Noah and Grandma were watching a parade in Collins of the tractors!  Goodness, look how little Noah was???  Where has the time gone?
Also, today we headed to Creston as we had an Open House.  We had lots of people come through and even a couple promising people so maybe there is a chance!  Fingers crossed!
While in Creston the kids got to play and play!  Rigs and Memphis just love playing together.  Within 10 minutes of being outside both of them are barefoot running around!
Tori and Riggins!  Rigs didn't want his picture taken!  But Tori had a nice death grip on him so he would sit there!

See what I mean about best buddies, look at Riggins and Memphis they were just having their own conversation and didn't care about the picture.  Dad and Tara were happy to see Memphis again and missed seeing Noah!

Saturday March 29

Happy Birthday to the best Mom I know!  This morning Memphis and I called Mom to wish her a Happy Birthday and Memphis was so excited to say "Happy Birthday!"
I found some old pictures that you all will be seeing in the next couple of posts, heck even this one with mom is an oldie!

Mom, Brent and Murphy!  This was taken up at Nan's Cabin about 4 or 5 years ago!

Thursday March 27

First Happy Birthday Chris Palmer!  This month reigns in a lot of Birthdays.  In the next couple of days we have 2 more.

Got a great picture of Tony and Memphis riding the tractor or well I should say the end of the tractor ride as Tony was just parking the tractor.  Memphis loves being on that tractor and I have a feeling that he will get lots of rides this summer.

Wednesday March 26

This morning we (myself, Noah and Memphis) decided to take a quick picture of us!  We had extra time this morning and everyone was in a good mood (this does not always happen)!  So to celebrate we took a picture and then we stopped by McDonalds to get hash browns (the boys love their hash browns) and I got an Iced Tea.

It only took 3 pictures to get an okay picture.  I will start with the best one.
HAPPY WEDNESDAY!!!!!
This is the best picture!

Missed Noah in this one!

Would have been okay but Memphis started to make faces!!!  I promise he wasn't crying!

Spring Break March 17-23

Okay so more catching up!  Last week was my Spring Break.  We didn't have any thing planned but showing our house...and we did that often!
I got to spend the week with both Noah and Memphis and it was nice glimpse of this summer.  Most days we did not do a lot.  One day was finally warm enough for Memphis and I to go outside and play for about 45 minutes.  Memphis was in love!

On Friday morning Memphis and I picked up Noah from his mom's and we headed to Creston to spend the day.  We ended up spending the night!  The boys love being in Creston and being able to play all day with Jaycee and Riggins.  I took both kids to Jaycee and Rigs' babysitter so that I could get my hair done and just hang out with Tori and Tyler for a bit.  We got to have lunch, workout and then go to Dairy Queen...my kind of day!  LOL!
After day care we picked the kids up and took them with us to DQ.

After DQ we headed to my Dad's house to spend the night.  We had dinner and the kids played and played.  And for once there were hardly any fights!  Amazing!  I had to get up early the next morning and head back to Des Moines but Dad and Tara were going to keep the kids and bring them up to Des Moines later that day once Randy was off work.  The boys had so much fun with my Dad and Tara (and Emma too)!
While I was at work Tori came and got Memphis to give him a hair cut.  It was a disaster.  The kid hates having his hair cut.  I think I will have to take him more often so it isn't so traumatic.  Tara had to hold him down.
As you can see my the photo below he was real thrilled about this.  But thankfully, Tori does a great job of getting his hair cut.  Half the reason we buzz it is because it is the only option we have when you have to hold him down!  LOL!  But I like the buzz cut...he is ready for summer!

Catch Up!

Oh my goodness, the last few weeks have been crazy!  We have finally gotten our house on the market!  We have been de-cluttering for a while now and we have gotten the house in tip top shape...not an easy feat with Noah and Memphis, they have way too many toys...but never enough for a kid!!
Our house has been on the market since Friday (March 14) and we have already had 6 showings with 2 more this week.  We kind of have a place in mind but are still looking around, actually Randy and I are looking at houses tonight.
Here are a few pictures of the house!

Saturday March 8

After supper tonight we had ice cream.
I think the pictures say it all!

We get pretty serious about our ice cream eating!  We lick it all out of the bowl!

Noah eating, not nearly as serious as Memphis but he was very concentrated on mixing it all until it was smooth

They don't want to be interrupted during ice cream time!
