SNOW DAY!

Nothing beats a snow day!  Even when you are an adult you still love snow days.  The best part if you are a kid is the sledding.  The best part if you are a parent is having a hill in your backyard that the kids can sled down and you do not have to go outside to watch!  But you can watch from the warmth of your own home!!!
So the boys went out sledding, thanks to Noah he took great care of Memphis and they went out there for a good half hour.

February 1

My friend Jessica and I have started our own clothing business through LuLa Roe.  We love the clothing as all of the clothes are so comfortable but at the same time looks great.  With both of us being teachers it is right up our alley!  If you love leggings and tunics we are your hook up!  We also carry dresses, baseball tees, and pencil skirts!  I love the pencil skirt, the baseball tee and of course leggings.  But honestly, all of it is amazing.  So if you are in the mood for some shopping come check out what we have on our Facebook page: Best Dressed in the 515: with Jen and Jess.  Just search for us and you should find us!!!  We will also be having boutique hours so that you can come over and try on the clothes to see what you truly like.  One last plug, if you ever want some free clothing and a discount on what you buy let me know as you can host a party!!!

Zach's Birthday Party

We celebrated Zach's Birthday a few days early this year.  He chose to go to Smokey D's (BBQ place) for dinner!  It was good food as usual!
After dinner we headed to Chris and Sara's for some cake and ice cream.  We also got to meet their dog Duke!  He is such a great dog, however for some reason Memphis was scared too death of him. However, by the time we left he had finally warmed up to him and decided that he was a good dog!!!

January 16

Memphis was not feeling the best on this day.  He couldn't keep anything down and was just so tired and cuddly.  Once Randy got home, they thought it would be best to lay down in the hallway!  Thankfully they didn't campout there too long.  But as you can see it was just one of those days of relaxing and trying to take it easy!

Thankfully he is doing better now, however we are just battling ear infections!

January 2

After our trip we were finally able to celebrate Christmas with Grandma Bailey and Nancy.  We had a nice dinner and a great evening of opening gifts!!

And yes Chris, when you take my phone and take a selfie they might end up on here!!! HA!!!  

December 27-31

Disney World 2015

This year Mom and Brent took us all to Disney World to celebrate Christmas!  What a great time we had!!!  The 5 days of vacation went by so quickly.  The weather was awesome, 86 degrees each day!  The boys had such an amazing time and none of us wanted to leave.  Memphis was just tall enough to ride most roller coasters!  He loved them all, so did Noah, minus the Tower of Terror, I do not think he will do that one ever again. Memphis was not a fan of the characters.  He liked to watch from a distance just not up close, so you will not see him next to any characters except Cinderella and that was only if Randy was holding him!
We ate at some amazing restaurants, even the boys ate the food!  Thanks for the wonderful trip, mom and Brent!
Part of the trip was also from my grandma (nan).  She asked mom to make sure to take all of us.  It was nice knowing that nan was there in spirit with us.

Christmas Day

Merry Christmas!
Today is a much more laid back day.  We sleep in, or sleep as long as Memphis will allow us to sleep!  Which is usually until 5:30 or 6am.  Once we all got up we headed to Creston to celebrate Christmas with my family.
This year we decided to keep dinner to something simple and not a huge dinner.  It was wonderful!  Sandwiches and chili and some sides.
I forgot to take a lot of pictures as after lunch and opening gifts we (adults) sat down and played cards.  We all brought a bunch of quarters. I think Randy and I won a whooping $8!!!!
