Monday started off like any other day. I even took a quick cute picture of me!
See cute picture, right? Well it all went downhill quickly! By noon I was not feeling the best and thought I just needed to go to the bathroom (sorry TMI, I know) but that didn't even help. So I went to see our nurse at school, she recommend that I go and get in to see my doctor. Of course, my doctor was not available. So to the walk in clinic. I waited and waited! 2 hours later I finally get in and she tells me that she believes my appendix (is this how you spell this word?) needs to come out (possibly) and that I should go to the ER. Now I call Randy and tell him to meet me there. There was no way I was waiting for him, I was in way too much pain. I get to the ER and they get an IV going and get me on pain meds. We find out it is not my appendix but that I have an ovarian cyst. Okay! But I seriously had several tests (some very unpleasant) ran. I was told to stay home from work and that I had to go to see my doctor the next day. Wondering where the kids are?? Thanks to Peggy and Craig for keeping them overnight and making sure they got to school on Tuesday!!!
Monday night was probably the worst night that I possibly ever experienced. The pain was incredible and there was no way to get comfortable. I am so thankful to have the best hubby in the world as he tried everything in his power to make me feel better and I am honestly the worst when I am in pain.
Tuesday morning, we went to the doctor. Found out that I had kidney infection and a UTI plus an ovarian cyst. I got antibiotics. And slowly started to feel better. (I was also on pain meds)
By Wednesday I started to feel a slight bit better. I had to go and see my gynecologist as my doctor thought it would be best if she saw all of my test results too. She pretty much said that I had an ovarian cyst burst. UGH! That is why I was in so much pain. Makes total sense.
Thursday I was on the mend and by Friday almost normal! Let me tell you, this SUCKED! TERRIBLE!
However, doing good now! Never want to experience that again.
