November 25

I couldn't be more thankful for all of the blessing that God has given me.  I have a healthy family, wonderful friends and a great life.  There are times when I know I complain (yeah, I know, I am good at it) but I truly do have a good life and thank you to everyone who makes it that way!

Today, I am totally thankful that I start Thanksgiving break tomorrow and will not be back until Monday December 1.

I hope that everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving!  I know that I will!

Oh and with December knocking on our doors...be on the lookout for Max and Jax (our elves)!!!

November 24

I am so thankful for my friends!!!  I didn't get pictures of everyone of my friends but here are a few that I had.  I truly have the greatest friends on earth.  I can call any of them at any given time and I know that they would be there for me.
Thank you to all of my friends and as always I love you all more!

November 21

My Auntie Peggy and Uncle Brian, two amazing people, who I wish lived closer to me.  (I think I say that every year).  But I truly miss these two and wish that I got to see them more often.  I think the next time I will get to see them might be next Christmas (might).
But these two have always been a pretty good Aunt and Uncle to me.  I wish I could say that they always help us out with the boys (but I can't as they live in Florida and that makes it way too hard) but they support us in other ways!  We will sporadically facetime or all text back and forth.
They have been there for me for all of my big events in my life (minus Memphis being born).  But my graduation and wedding they were there for and I am so lucky they love my family.
And thankfully, they brought Bre and Brit into this world!!!  I love my two cousins and again wish I got to see them more often.
Side note:  Did any of you (Auntie Peggy, Uncle Brian, Bre, Brit) want to come for a visit up North?  Might be able to have some snow available for you!

As always I love you ALL MORE!

Love these two!

My favorite Auntie!!!

Missing Breann but I love my family!

November 20

Alene and Nancy: Thank you both for always willing to help us out whenever we need help and being there for us.  Alene we are so thankful to have you in our lives.  You are Randy and mines only grandparent left and we are blessed that you are healthy!  Nancy we are so thankful that you have always been there for us, I am so lucky I am able to work for you (yeah I really like working in a cookie shop, that or I really like cookies!)

The both of you are wonderful ladies and thank you for everything you have ever done for us.  We love the both of you more!

November 19

Thankful for Tony and Britney.  Tony has been a good uncle to Noah and Memphis.  Those two boys love seeing Tony and do not get to see him enough.  They love to do things with him.  This year Tony also met Britney and she has been a great addition to the family.  She is always playing with the kids and is so good to them.  We are so thankful for both of these two to be apart of our lives.
We love you two more

Gotta love the humor!

November 18

Today I am thankful for Emma!  She has grown into a beautiful young lady and it is hard to believe that she is in 7th grade.  I love watching her play sports.  She had an amazing summer of playing softball and played volleyball this fall. I wish I could have seen her play volleyball but it was too tough when she plays at 4pm and I do not get out of school until 3:30.  But Dad said that she really enjoyed playing!  Now on to basketball!

Emma we love you more, and we love how much you love Noah and Memphis!

November 17

Nieces (I can now use this word in the plural form!) and nephews are the greatest gifts that siblings can give each other.  I just love them!  Jaycee, Riggins, Zach and Bailey are all amazing cousins to Noah and Memphis.
I love watching the way that the boys love their cousins.  Both boys love going to Creston because they know they will get to play with Jaycee and Rigs (Memphis says that Rigs is his best friend)!  Noah loves it on Sundays when he gets to play with Zach and Memphis loves that he gets to hold Bailey and give her kisses!
Randy and I have enjoyed watching these 4 kids grow.  They are so much fun and bring so many smiles to Noah and Memphis!
We love you all more!

Thankful:  Chris and Sara-they have been so great to both Noah and Memphis.  I know Randy enjoys the time he gets to spend with Chris, even though it isn't often!  But Chris has been a good brother to Randy and has his best interest in mind.  I am so grateful for Sara!  It is so nice to know that her and I think on the same level about things.  I am lucky and blessed to have a great sister-in-law and brother-in-law.  They have also blessed us with two amazing kiddos.  (but I will save that for another post)!

We love you both more!

LOVE!

November 13

Craig-always there for ALL of us!  He is our gopher, the one who wants to help in anyway he can.  He is a great dad and grandpa to my boys.  We are so thankful for Craig and what he does for our family.  I do not have enough words of appreciation for him.  Every week he watches Noah and makes him breakfast on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.  Noah loves Tuesday and Wednesday with Papa.  If we change up the schedule, Noah normally isn't happy because he doesn't get that alone time with him!
We love you more Craig!

Throwback Thursday- This gem of a picture with all of the boys during Christmas 2012!

November 12

Today I am thankful for my dad.  He has always and will always be there for me.  He supports me and my family in what we do.  Noah and Memphis love spending time with him.  Just the other day Memphis told me that we were going to see Papa Rick.  Memphis was terribly disappointed when I told him we wouldn't be going to see him!
I am also thankful for Tara as she has been good to my dad and cares about everyone.  She has gotten my dad to take a leap in faith and they bought a coffee shop in Creston.  They both seem to enjoy their decision!
Love you both more!

November 11

Today I am so thankful for Peggy.  We are so happy to have her in our lives.  Noah and Memphis love her to pieces.  Well, Memphis has his own nick name for her, "Nina."  At first he couldn't really say Grandma but now he can but he prefers to call her nina!  I love it!!!  Peggy is always willing to help us out and watch the boys.  We are so thankful that we live in the same town and have their help!

We love you more Peggy (Mom/Nina/Grandma)

Since I didn't post this during Halloween, I will use it now!  Grandma and Grandpa surrounded by grandkids!

November 10

Over the weekend my brother competed in his first body building competition in Davenport.  He has worked hard over the last several months.  He cut out unhealthy food and stuck to his diet.  His determination was amazing!  His hard work paid off and he placed first in Novice (this is for those who have never competed in a competition before) and 2nd in Open (this is for everyone else that has competed before)!!  So to place that well his first time out, speaks wonders to his hard work and dedication!
You may have guessed it, I am thankful for my brother today!  I am so happy that he did well this last weekend!  He is a great brother and I am so thankful that he is my little brother.  Good job and can't wait to watch you in your next body building competition!

Love you more!

(first picture is not the best, but it gives you an idea of how awesome he looked)

Way to go Tyler!

Showing off his medals!  And that tan looked better under the lights and once he showered!

And this is what he is planning on eating this week!  HA!

November 7

Thankful:
I am so happy God blessed me with my mom!  My goodness, she has and will always be there for me and my family.  She is finally getting to follow her dreams and opened her new shop in Lansing.  She is doing what she loves, creating cool, unique and one of a kind items!  She is a great Grammy and loves her grandkids!  We all just wish we saw her more often!!  I know she feels the same.
I am also thankful for Brent and how amazing he is to my mom.  He has given her so much and is a great step dad.  Noah and Memphis always look forward to seeing Poppa B!

We love you both more!

Love you Momma!

One last thing I am grateful for: FRIDAYS!!!!!!!   Bring on the weekend!!!

November 6

Today I am so thankful for Memphis Dean, you have grown so fast into the fun-spirited 3 year old you are!  You are becoming so smart and grow each day.  You love everyone and right now everything is your favorite, whether it is or not!  You will not hardly go anywhere without Freddie (stuffed dog).
We love watching you and Noah play, especially when you two are being good!!!

We love you more Memphis!

November 5

Last night we had Noah's music concert.  It was a great concert, the kids were singing and dancing and it was crazy, but oh so good!  What made it nice was that Memphis was totally great during the concert!  YAY!

Now on to today...
I am thankful for Noah Matthew.  He is a witty, smart, creative (which gets him in trouble) and funny 9 year old!  He is a good big brother to Memphis and loves his cousins!  He is always thinking about something (which again tends to lead him to trouble, he really isn't in trouble all the time but he seems to flirt with the trouble a lot)!  He is super excited this year about Christmas and having  Max and Jax arrive (stay tuned for Max and Jax's arrival sometime around Thanksgiving)!

We love you more, Noah!

November 4

Today I couldn't be more thankful for Randy.  He is one of the best husbands, fathers, and friends I know.  I am so lucky that he came into my life and blessed that he loves me and the boys unconditionally!  His sense of humor has completely rubbed off on me and it makes us laugh when we think the same thing.  It is amazing how he can have all the patience in the world for me as I know I am not always the easiest to deal with at times!!  (in case some don't know I am a tad bit impatient, I think I use up all of my patience at school)!

I love you more, Randy Palmer!

Just a sneak peak at family pictures!  More to come, but this is one of my favorites!

November 3

Each November I like to write about who or what I am thankful for.  I will again give it a whirl this year.  I know a lot of time it is always the same thing but honestly it is reaffirming to me to have such positive things in my life and knowing my friends and family make it that way!

Today I am completely thankful for Tori!  I honestly couldn't be happier that my brother married her 6 years ago.  I am lucky she likes to golf with me and we are able to both golf terribly or really well!  It seems the more beer the better we do!

Also, Happy Birthday Tori! Love you more!
