Tuesday December 23

Our time with Max and Jax is winding down and they decided to really make the boys look for them today!  Max was hiding in one of the plants with  a new puma shirt for Noah and Jax was hiding by the TV behind a vase with a new paw patrol toy.

Monday December 22

Max and Jax brought Ginger Bread Houses with them today!  The boys couldn't wait to build them. 

Once I got home from school, the boys and I built ginger bread houses!  Noah did his all by himself.  He did such a great job and wouldn't accept any help.

Sunday December 21

Memphis found Max and Jax just hanging out in the bathroom!  Memphis thought they were flying!

Saturday December 20

This morning Max and Jax had a special surprise for Memphis!  He had to call Grandma!  Grandma said that she got a phone call from Jax and that he wanted all of us to go out to eat and then go to Jolly Holiday Lights!  WOW!!!  Memphis was so excited that Jax called Grandma!!!!  We had a great time Saturday night.  Minus the 2 hour wait to get in to see the lights.  But worth it as Memphis got to sit on Grandpa's lap and look at all of the lights.  Memphis also got to see Santa.  When asked what he wanted he said "stuff!"  LOL!  We have a good picture of the two but of course I don't have it on the computer yet.

Friday December 19

This morning those elves put the rocking chair on top of the coffee table and put on 3D glasses with a note saying to watch a movie and pop some popcorn!  Memphis thought this was so funny!

Thursday December 18

Today Max and Jax were just sitting with Santa's hat on holding a piece of paper saying 7 days til Christmas!

Tuesday December 16

This morning we found Max and Jax on the couch reading a new book to the patchie poo, pluto and the raccoon! The book that Max and Jax brought was Charlie and the Christmas Kitty by Ree Drummond (the Pioneer Woman if you watch the food network)!

It was a great book as Memphis and I just got done reading it since he is home sick today with me.  Lots of sneezing and cuddling today!

Monday December 15

Max and Jax decided to make their own snow this morning and play in it! 

Sunday December 14

Max and Jax are at it again!  This time they got the Christmas lights out and decorated our dining room. 
I wish I would have video taped how excited Memphis got when he saw what happened!  He was jumping up and down and just pointing to the lights!  HILARIOUS!

Saturday December 13

Saturday morning the elves had left the boys some new Christmas shirts!

Saturday night Jaycee and Riggins came over for a little bit to play with the boys so that Tyler and Tori could catch a movie.
The kids had a lot of fun and I wish they got to play more often!

My Award

On Friday, I received a grant from the Johnston Community School Foundation.  My friend Chris Wilson and I had to apply for the grant and were shocked to actually receive it!!!  This is something that we will be able to help our students with whether it be with incentives for goals met or updating our classroom libraries!  I was just shocked to get this and am very excited!

Friday December 12

Today Max and Jax were hanging from the ceiling fan with new Christmas pajamas for Noah and Memphis.  Memphis wanted to wear his to Karen's today, but I talked him out of it!!!

Thursday December 11

Today Jax and Max were in Memphis' room this morning sitting on the window ledge with a note for him.  Last night as Memphis was about to fall asleep and he looked at me and said, "mommy, grandma pick me up tomorrow from Karen's?"  I told him that daddy would be getting him and it was time for bed.
Thankfully, Jax and Max must have heard Memphis.  Because they must have called grandma to ask if she would pick Memphis up because their note said Grandma was getting him!

This made Memphis so happy this morning! 

Wednesday December 10

We had two panicked boys this morning because they couldn't find Max and Jax.  They looked everywhere for them and still couldn't find them.  I finally had to tell the boys that we had to go.  Once we got out to the car, Memphis opened his door and started jumping up and down and said Jax was sitting in his seat!  Noah, didn't see Max and crushed him with his school bag!  LOL!  But thankfully he moved his bag quickly and saw that Max was sitting in his spot.  Max and Jax had written a note to them saying that since they have been good boys they get donuts this morning as Jax was holding a coupon for Dunkin' Donuts and Max had a $20 for Noah to get donuts at Donut Hut and to make sure that he got some for Grandpa!

I didn't get a good picture as I was not quick enough to do it before the boys got in the car so here they are in the front seat!

Tuesday December 9

This morning it took a while for Noah and Memphis to find Max and Jax, but after some searching they found them in the basement.  The elves brought some blocks with them today for the boys to build with later today!  Memphis was worried because Jax and "disappeared" last night because Memphis wouldn't go to sleep.  We were afraid that Jax was not happy with Memphis and giving Santa bad news, but thankfully, Memphis went to sleep after he saw that Jax left and we were happy Jax returned this morning to play!

Today Max and Jax were found on the table with gifts for the boys!

Sunday December 7

With Noah being at his mom's this weekend and Memphis staying the night at Peggy and Craig's I think Max and Jax were a little lonely!  They were found looking out the window waiting on someone to get home!  Poor elves! 

Saturday December 6

Today Max and Jax were hiding in the stockings above the TV.  Memphis thought that was hilarious.  (oh and I forgot to take a picture)! 

We had our annual Christmas parties Saturday night.  I went to Ashley's party first while Randy stayed at home with Memphis for a bit.  Ashley's party was awesome, she had great food and wonderful company.  After, I left Ashley's, I went and picked up Randy and we dropped Memphis off at Grandma and Papa Palmer's house and we headed to my friend Ed's party.  We had an amazing time at Ed's party.  He always goes way over the top with food and beverages.  Randy was in heaven with the sushi they had. 

It was a great night and I was happy that I got to catch up with several of my friends!!!

Friday December 5

Memphis found Max and Jax right away this morning.  Both boys enjoy our advent calendar for Christmas so when Max and Jax were hanging out by the calendar, Memphis was all smiles.

Thursday November 4

With Noah being at his mom's house, Max had told Noah in his letter that he would be helping Jax when Noah was at his mom's.  That is exactly what happened!  Max and Jax were found in Memphis' room getting ready for a race!  Good thing Max is around to help Jax out!

As you can see Max and Jax got Freddy involved (Freddy is Memphis' most prized possession, we can't go anywhere without Freddy)!

Wednesday December 3

This morning we found a note from Max and Jax.  They were playing hide and seek!  It took the boys quite a while to find them but they finally found them hiding up in the Christmas garland! 

Tuesday December 2

Those little elves did some decorating to my house last night!  And for once it wasn't them being crazy but they built a snowman!!!
Memphis thought it was absolutely funny that this happened.  He pulled me all the way to the door to show me what Max and Jax did. 

We do have a pretty cute snowman on our door.

Max and Jax were found on the computer today with their "to-do" list!  They had brought the boys hot wheel Harley motorcycles. 

Sunday November 30

Today Max and Jax must have decided to take it easy they were just sitting on top of the couch waiting for the boys with new shirts for them to wear to church.  The boys looked so good in their new shirts!  Just wish I would have gotten a picture of Memphis in his!

Saturday November 29

Today we found the elves hanging out by the "leg lamp" that we "have" to put in our front window!

Max is on top of the lamp holding a gingerbread man for Noah that when you put in water expands! 

Jax is hanging on to the leg and brought a snowman for Memphis to put in water!  The boys have really enjoyed watching them grow bigger each day!

Friday November 28

Today my Christmas Tree was covered in underwear and socks!  Max and Jax must have known that the boys needed new underwear and socks!!!

The boys loved getting their underwear off the tree!  They just laughed and laughed that the elves would put their underwear and socks on the tree!
