This afternoon Memphis and I headed to Creston to celebrate Riggins' 4th Birthday!  The party was at Rainbow Park and Memphis loved being able to run around! 
The party went well and everyone enjoyed celebrating Riggins' Birthday!

It was tricky to light those candles on a windy day!  But Tori managed and Rigs got to blow out his candles!
